Together towards new goals: Results of the management meeting with the company's team

On June 10, 2025, an important meeting was held between Newfarm's management and employees of its production units and warehouse. The event was organized to strengthen internal communications, discuss work issues and improve the effectiveness of interaction between departments.

A particularly pleasant moment of the meeting was the announcement by the company's director of the award for excellent performance in the first half of 2025. This decision proved that the management appreciates the contribution of each employee to the overall success of the company.

During the open dialogue, the employees were able to ask the management all the questions they were interested in, discuss current production processes and make suggestions for cost reduction. Following the meeting, a detailed action plan will be developed to eliminate existing shortcomings and further improve work processes.
The implementation of the planned improvements will be under constant management control, and the company's employees will receive regular information on the progress of the plan.
