5. Personal data subjects have the right to:
- information about their personal data processed on the website of LTD Newfarm;
- access to their personal data, including the right to receive a copy of any record containing their personal data, except as provided for by federal law;
- clarification of their personal data, blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

The operator processes the following categories of personal data: Surname, first name, patronymic (if any); contact telephone numbers; e-mail address; desired position (vacancy); desired earnings level; date of birth, place of residence and place of birth; marital status (married/ single); education level; place of study; place of work with indication of the organizational-legal form of the legal entity/individual entrepreneur, with indication of its commercial and company name, position held at the place of work both at the present moment (current place of work) and in previous periods (past place of work).
7. Processing of personal data shall be carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his/her personal data, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
